The fastest way to stall is to build a plan that requires a perfect week. Start with a routine you can complete on an average week, then add complexity once the baseline is stable.
- Sleep and wake within a consistent 60-minute window
- Train three times per week
- Eat a protein-forward breakfast
- Clean up hair, facial hair, nails, and basic skincare
- Take consistent photos every Sunday
The Weekly Check
Every week, write down what improved, what slipped, and what you will make easier next week. Most people do not need more motivation. They need a smaller next step and a clearer record.
