My skin is very dull, tanned, puffed and bloated bc im brown so what do i need to use for making my face brighter **Skin goal** Six texteure **Skin type** Oily **Current routine** Morning a cleanser then vitamin c serum and at night cleanser then hyaluronic and retinol/salycilyc after one day gap then moisturizer **Main issue** Dull skin
